Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on the “notify me when available” option and enter your email address or cell phone number. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email! :)

We know you need your order immediately, so we work hard to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore your order cannot be canceled or modified after order placement.

After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. 8th & Luxe does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.

Please send us an email FIRST if there is a problem with your merchandise. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise without receiving certified confirmation from us that your merchandise is eligible for return. Once return has been approved, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package to.  8th & Luxe will not be responsible for any packages sent to us without acknowledgement and any packages returned without notice or approval will be refused. 

Please note, unless otherwise notified, the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

We are incredibly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. So that we can have this sorted out immediately, please email us ASAP at hello@shop8thandluxe.com.

In your email, please explain that you have received a damaged item and provide the following information:

  • Your order number, full name, and email address
  • Your shipping address
  • A photo of the damaged area

Our team will investigate and provide an immediate solution.

We're sorry, we are not currently offering exchanges. If an alternate item is desired, please request a return and place a new order online.
